Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bamboe kussen (Bamboo pillows)
- Bedding sets (Beddengoed) that have been opened
- Antislip matrasonderleggers (Anti-slip mattress toppers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Email us at [email protected] with your return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Approval of your exchange if applicable
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- The item is securely packaged in its original packaging
- The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
- You include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days
- You will receive email notification when your return is processed
Refund Information
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same process as returns
- You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item
- We will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect

International Returns
For customers outside Belgium:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
