Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bamboe kussen (Bamboo pillows)
  • Bedding sets (Beddengoed) that have been opened
  • Antislip matrasonderleggers (Anti-slip mattress toppers)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Approval of your exchange if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • The item is securely packaged in its original packaging
  • The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • You include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice

Step 4: Processing Your Return

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed

Exchange Policy
